Beyond the Resume: The Entrepreneurial Mindset
Following a call for applications on our digital channels and within local communities, WE CAURI implemented its exclusive selection process, the World Café Collectif©. This session took place at the CAEB Center in Abomey, which we thank for hosting us and for its commitment to working alongside us as a key local partner in this ecosystem. The goal of this exercise was clear: not to limit ourselves to simply reviewing applications, but to observe, in a real-world setting, the candidates’ clarity of vision, initiative, resilience, and alignment with the requirements of our operations.
A Commitment We Stand By
Following this intensive session and rigorous deliberation, 24 young people were selected to join the first cohort. We would like to congratulate these successful candidates on the quality of their approach and the clarity of their vision, thereby confirming their place in this pilot project. This selection reflects our deep conviction: the quality and strength of commitment take precedence over quantity. These selected candidates are now embarking on a six-month journey, during which they will be supported by their PAP© mentors to transform their ambitions into a concrete and well-defined career path.
