Founded by Carole KINHA, a banking professional with over 18 years of experience, We CAURI translates a commitment to the field into concrete, sustainable actions that uphold dignity.
Our strength? Serving as a bridge between lived realities and change-makers—academics, institutions, innovators, and businesses. Here, we don’t impose external models. We co-create with those who face these challenges every day.
We are also building our work at the intersection of social innovation and inclusive digital finance—with the ambition to experiment, gradually and in partnership with communities, with financial inclusion approaches tailored to the realities of West Africa.

We CAURI was born out of personal experience, a shared vision, and a deep conviction:
To build a more just and united Africa, we must place women and young people at the heart of change—and give them the practical tools to take action.
After more than 18 years in the banking sector, managing branches, supporting organizational transformations, and closely observing the mechanisms of financial exclusion, I came to understand one essential truth:
Access to services is not enough. What changes a life is genuine adoption, trust, and the ability to make decisions.
This conviction—professional, personal, and structural—pushed me to take a different approach.
