A Phase of Strategic Structuring
The year 2025 was devoted exclusively to laying the foundations of our organization. This work, which is essential to ensuring the sustainability of our initiatives, led to the formalization of the “WE CAURI Method—Version 1.0” and the establishment of our governance bodies.
Impact Assessment: Responding Closely to Needs
Despite our focus on organizational development, our presence on the ground—particularly in the city of Abomey—enabled significant progress:
- Transformational leadership: 50 young people, 80% of whom were girls, benefited from our capacity-building programs.
- Educational Support: In collaboration with the One-Stop Social Protection Center (GUPS) in Abomey, we supported the continued enrollment of 20 vulnerable young girls in school.
Transparency and Rigor
In accordance with our values of rigorous management, all activities for fiscal year 2025 were carried out using our own resources, with a budget of 3,351,782 FCFA. This report also highlights areas requiring attention, particularly the need to strengthen our monitoring and evaluation tools to increase the effectiveness of our future interventions.
Outlook for 2026: Toward a Structured Pilot Program
Building on these lessons, the year 2026 begins with a clear ambition: the implementation of a rigorous pilot program. Through our participation in continental programs of excellence (AU-CIEFFA/ImpactHER and OIF/Senghor University) and our recent scientific contributions, WE CAURI reaffirms its commitment to an evidence-based social engineering approach.
